The contract, the rental agreement, the guaranteed monthly payments – are all are between you and us, we are your tenants. You do not need to deal with our tenants, you do not need to chase any rent, you do not need to repair anything. We take full responsibility as if your property was ours.

How long is the contract for?

We offer contract periods from a minimum of 12 months to 60 months. Renewing is really easy.

We have a footprint throughout the country.

What are the benefits of Guaranteed Rent to me?

Should I do it?

Only you can answer that. We can only provide guidance and would never put you in a position where we would lead you into anything.

Ask yourself these questions:

How much do you want to be involved?

How much risk are you willing to take?

What would happen if your property was empty for 1 week, 1 month, 1 year?

Am I just buying insurance?

No. You are not paying a premium for an insurance, we are managing the property. The Guaranteed Rent is not underwritten by anybody. We are taking the risk. We are using our knowledge and experience to good use and are fully expecting to sub-let your property quickly at a level that will mean after paying you your guaranteed rent, covering any other associated costs and paying wages, we will still have something left in the kitty.
There are insurance policies out there for landlords who do want to take the risk and do the work, but the only guidance we can give about those is that you should seek professional help before you sign on any dotted line!
