Keeping your property in good repair

Our appointed tradespeople and managers do their best to look after our properties, keeping them in good repair and making them great living spaces for you. Looking after, caring and cleaning your home on an everyday basis should still be your responsibility and you would be expected to take pride in your home, this may also include minor day to day maintenance such as unblocking the sink, changing a bulb etc.

You also need to ensure your valuables and personal possessions are covered in the event of theft or damage. Bills such as electricity and gas are only included with our serviced accommodation and holiday lets.
