Rent with Option to Buy is exactly the same as our option for renting, however, you have the added benefit of an option to buy your home at a fixed price at a later date, e.g. 3 or 5 years.
The initial benefit is moving into your dream home straight away with the knowledge that it will be yours one day, without having to spend years saving up a deposit. The costs are fixed, so you don’t have to worry about major maintenance or building insurance etc. which gives you the time and space to save up a deposit for later or the ability to contribute to the deposit through your rent.
When the time does come to buy and you still can’t afford the full deposit, we can always look at other options such as a shared ownership. We are always happy to explore solutions tailored for our tenants.
